Torment: Descension is a gripping supernatural tale that explores the depths of parental love, moral conflict, and the timeless struggle between good and evil. Daniel Foster crafts an emotionally charged narrative that draws readers into the lives of David and Grace, a couple whose happiness as new parents is shattered when their infant son suddenly becomes gravely ill.

Faced with a desperate situation, David is forced to confront impossible choices in his quest to save his child. What begins as a father’s determination to protect his family soon evolves into a dark and supernatural journey that tests his beliefs, his morality, and the limits of how far he is willing to go. Foster skillfully builds tension throughout the story, weaving elements of suspense and the supernatural into a deeply personal conflict.

One of the novel’s greatest strengths is its emotional core. The fear and desperation of a parent fighting to save a child create a powerful connection with the reader, making David’s journey both compelling and haunting. As the story unfolds, the line between right and wrong becomes increasingly blurred, forcing both the protagonist and the reader to question what sacrifices might be justified in the name of love.

With its blend of supernatural intrigue and emotional storytelling, Torment: Descension delivers a thought provoking narrative that keeps readers engaged from beginning to end. It is a compelling exploration of faith, morality, and the difficult choices that arise when everything we hold dear is at stake.

This book is ideal for readers who enjoy supernatural fiction, psychological tension, and stories that explore the moral dilemmas faced in the battle between good and evil.
