On this thrilling worldwide tour, the author shows traveling nonprofessional photographers how to bring home memorable pictures of people, festivals, wildlife, architecture—even aerial and underwater shots. Published in 2000, this book is dated and only covers film cameras, but there is still a lot of good advice for the traveling photographer. The author features several beautiful photos of the World Trade Towers. It’s hard to believe that just one year later, they’d be wiped off the face of the earth.
Despite the references to dated film and other tech from this 2000 publication, 90% of the advice from this remains sound and useful. As a travel photographer with over 25 years of experience, highly recommend this book for anyone interested in travel photography.
