When they send the beautiful blond to solve his troubles he's pleasantly surprised to find out she really does know her engines, only his back luck continues. Is it the Tanner engine or sabotage?

Amidst working hard to figure out what’s going on with Ryan’s engine, they find themselves working as quite a team. Only Ryan’s past keeps haunting him and letting him know he’s not relationship material. There’s more at stake then just the cars racing to Victory Lane in this action packed story.

I can't believe I just gave this book 3 stars. But it was a decent read for what it is, a NASCAR romance novel. The writing was pretty tight and there was a nice mix of dialog and character development, without too much annoying internal dialog. But my roommate hated this one, so you might too. Who knows.

It was a great read, solid characters and great pace. I just can't give it 5 star because the solution to the couple's big problem was only on the heroine's effort and the hero just saying yes.

It was really fun. Different from the normal romance novels I read, in a good way. Especially because their relationship was longer than a weekend.
