Got this from the library and there are several recipes I need to try. I really want to try the pear bread. I was also pleasantly surprised to see some dessert recipes and jelly/jam/preserve recipes. I need to track down a copy to own.

Really enjoyed reading through this cookbook, and there are quite a few recipes I'd like to try. I also enjoyed some of the history tidbits added in about some of the different types of bread and how they were originally made on the frontier. Going to try and find a copy to purchase.
