Dr. Jim Stout is an ordained Presbyterian minister who has pastored in several churches. As a visiting lecturer, he has taught classes at Fuller and Gordon-Conwell theological seminaries. He has counseled hundreds of Christian seminarians, pastors, and lay leaders, as well as authored books on bipolar disorder, depression, marriage, boundary setting, and other topics. He and his wife Leah have been married since 1967. They have two married sons and five energetic grandchildren.
