Quixote Printing, 1989. It's probably a First Edition -- I can't imagine that there would be a second printing. Yuk! If you're looking for the recipe for Crunchy Coon Gizzards, then this is the cookbook you've been searching for ... my hubby is from Iowa, so that explains why it's in my collection!
