Shipwrecked

Rate this book
Mark Hammond plucked Sarah Jones from the sea where she faced certain death when her three-masted schooner sank in a hurricane. The illusion of safety onboard Mark’s schooner was short lived, for a second storm de-masted the ship. Struck by the main boom, Mark was severely injured. Sarah was forced to assume command of his ship and care of Mark at the same time. She sailed the disabled ship for several weeks before finally locating land, which proved to be uninhabited. Shipwrecked and forced to hunt for their food, Sarah faced the daunting task of finding materials to repair the ship and nursing Mark back to health. Together, they made makeshift repairs, survived the elements and awakened love. Escaping to Cumana, Venezuela, they finally finished the repairs to Mark’s ship. As they left port, three men hijacked the ship, loaded illegal drugs and set sail for New Orleans.
