A DNA test revealed that Mason Grant had a nine-year-old daughter. He'd had no idea that the woman he'd loved and so tragically lost had been pregnant. Or that his own child had been in the custody of the woman's murderer all these years. Now the killer wanted Mason to pay-in more ways than one- for the return of the girl. And for daring to fi nd love with old friend Jennifer Pappas. But the only payback the cold-blooded murderer would get was fi nal justice.
Marta Perry is a Pennsylvania-based author of over 35 novels, many of them inspirational romances. She uses her rural Pennsylvania life and her Pennsylvania Dutch heritage in writing her books, especially in her Pleasant Valley Amish series for Berkley Books and her new Amish-set suspense series for HQN Books.
Marta and her husband live in a centuries-old farmhouse in a quiet central Pennsylvania valley. They have three grown children and six beautiful grandchildren, and when she's not busy writing her next book, she's usually trying to keep up with her gardening, baking for church events, or visiting those beautiful grandkids.
When construction began on the new library wing, a body was found. Shock waves went through the old college crowd as one of their own was identified. And this after nine years. Why was she killed? Who killed her? What happened to her child? And who was the father? Guess you'll have to read it. I enjoy Marta Perry's books. Easy reads. Easy to fit into a busy life when you need some quiet moments.
This is the last book in the Reunion Revelations Love Inspired series. I was glad to see the malefactor caught and arrested after so many situations where the college friends were threatened. Marta Perry is one of my favorite Love Inspired writers, and I thought she did a good job of writing the conclusion to this series.
Loved this series & following the lives of a group of longtime friends. I did find it difficult to follow at times as there were no breaks between one scene to the next
Mason has discovered he has a daughter...a daughter he never knew existed and who has been brought up by her mother's killer.
But while Alexis has been returned to her rightful parent, someone is not happy about that.
Someone wants Mason to pay.
And someone is very determined to succeed!
I enjoyed this ending to the Reunion Revelations Continuity, and have enjoyed following this group of friends as they band together again...and discover romance along the way!

You really do need to read these books in order as each book, while a story on its own, also has a plot which runs & develops through all the 6 books, building up to the grand finale in book 6. This means that you will not only want to read this book, but also the preceding 5 in the series! So if you are looking for a one off story to read, then this is not the book for you. However, if you are short of reading material & want a series to get you going, then you might want to try out this series.
This is a very quick read (only 217 pages) but a decent one. The sixth book in this series finds Magnolia College alumni at a 10 year reunion reminiscing about the good old days...as well as their murdered friend, Olivia.
Mason is now in charge of his late father's business, and is being blackmailed by deranged classmate Penny, the rich villain of this book. That she is able to get in touch with and meet with her old classmates despite being a fugitive from the law is testing my suspension of disbelief. That a child, Alexis, is also in her care (and has been since her birth) is also stretching things a bit.
Dealing with the past seems to be a major theme of these books. Mason has to come to grips with the fact that a brief fling his senior year has led to fatherhood; his friend and love interest, Jennifer Pappas, also has to deal with being accused of interfering in a custody dispute years ago.
Again, it's a quick read (only took me about a half-hour) but it's a decent enough mystery if you ignore the police being clueless (literally) about a fugitive in their town.
not quite as good as the others in the series, but ... i think that's ''just'' because i was a bit disappointed in the way they so quickly tied up some of the loose ends of this whole mystery ~ spent so much time in so many books going into details, and then in this one, in the last chapter or so, quickly w/OUT as any details, cleared (?) things up.
otherwise, tho, good book and a great series, especially for having so many different authors involved.
Marta Perry has done a great job of integrating inspirational and romantic suspense. The plot moves well and is believable. Jennifer Pappas and Mason Grant are flaw characters that work hard though-out the book to improve their lot in life and through the grace and guidance of God become better people. Ms. Perry sets the scenes well and stays true to the selected points-of-view. She is and accomplished writer. I encourage all to read Ms. Perry. Rory Church
This was the best of the series. The only thing I regretted that there was no more mystery to solve (it had been solved in book 5) But the little girl's situation and watching the relationship between her and Mason really tugged at my heartstrings!
About the series: I pretty much knew who was behind everything from the first book. I was able to figure out the why early in the series as well. But it was still fun watching the authors get there.
After a 10 year college reunion Mason finds he is the father of a child whose biological mother was killed. An old friend, Jennifer, helps the new father/daughter relationship as they try to find the one responsible for the deceit and deaths.
I understand this is a quick read so not much room for explanations within the novel but still the transitions were lacking.
Reunion Revelations #6 A 10 year collage class reunion brings together former classmates. A body is found at the new construction on Campus. Mason and Jennifer become close friends again.
