These spellbinding narratives retain the charm and authenticity of their original storytellers. As if drawn back in time, you'll feel as if you are sitting around the hearth of a thatched-roof cottage, being enraptured by such tales as those of a young man who outsmarts a witch, of a stolen bride, of vengeful poets, fakers, and prophetesses, of men who are wolves, and more. As if the fairies themselves had carried you off to their secret world, be enchanted for hours. 128 pages, 15 b/w illus., 5 3/8 X 8 1/4.

This book did not discuss the master numbers, only 1-9. However, it beautifully explained the history of numbers.
