my real problem was in finding a good source in neurosurgery ... specially for some one who have no idea about it before ... i decided to read the items related to it in all the branches of medical since and found it very v. v. hard ...untill i found this BOOK really it's a kind of perfect job ... finally one of those M.D. people understood our state

from zero to hero in neurosurgery :)
