I am reading this as a text for a theology class at my church. This is an indepth study and is worth careful reading and study. Our class has taken five years to go through the book at a very easy pace. I highly recommend the book for anyone serious about their faith in Christ. One must know what one believes.

So far just read the Pyne section on anthropology. For the most part well written and contains plenty of information. He does drag a little in parts, but overall, very helpful.

A good treatment of systematic theology from a mainly dispensational approach. The content was originally published as a series of volumes by different authors with each book treating a major doctrine (e.g. God, Jesus Christ, the Bible, etc). As to be expected in such an approach, there is some overlap of material discussed and a variety of writing styles.
