In this book authors from different traditions show that lasting happiness comes from abidance in our own true nature. They give various methods for integrating the body, mind and intellect so that we can gain the required subtlety to recognize ourselves at the core of our being. The authors Swami Bhajananda, Swami Chinmayananda, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Eknath Easwaran, Louise L. Hay, Nisargadatta, Maharaj, Dr. Dean Ornish, Sogyal Rinpoche, Swami Shivananda Saraswati, Swami Sivananda, Rabindranath Tagore and Paramahansa Yogananda.
Solid introduction to many of the authors central ideas. Even though they only get a chapter each it is still very valuable. Only downside I would say is that sometimes a chapter will have no correlation with the previous chapter whereas sometimes it will be a direct continuation which is more preferable imo.
