Finding My Reasons to Breathe: Taming my anxious mind: self-awareness, exploration, and vulnerability.

Rate this book
After hitting a low and contemplating suicide, I dig deep to try and figure myself out and find my reasons to keep living. This is one month of journal entries, reflection, and self awareness. Each section starts with me taking you into an experience with me. What I am thinking or feeling, inviting you into my head or into the room with me. Next, I give you a journal entry or sometimes multiple entries from my actual journal that I write in each day. Finally, I take the experience we just had and the words from the journal and create what I hope to be a relatable experience that you can either learn from or become inspired by. I discuss ideas and practical concepts as they arise and also use stories from my life as illustrations.

Ultimately, I hope this book speaks to you and moves you in some way. I hope to inspire growth and help you find more happiness and well-being through sharing my experiences, struggles, and victories. If my life does nothing else than help one person find their reason to breathe, I will consider it a life that was worth living.

Taming my anxious mind through self-awareness, practical philosophy, and vulnerability exercises.
