A lot of compelling points made, but I wish there was more meat in this. The audiobook would have been an amazing oppirtunity for both authors to read the text, since vocal prowess is such a significant part of negotiation. It's an okay audiobook, but its production goes against some of the points made in the book.

Hard to listen to on audible and follow along in a cohesive manner. The stories and examples are good but seem disconnected in this format
