It's a pretty great book for someone who is starting in UX or has only some fundamental self-learned skills in UX. Good knowledge of UX comes with experience and trials, but this book should cover the ground and give an explanation and guidance on where to start, what to do, and what should be the outcome of the work. As a Product Manager, who works closely with UX, this book served as an amazing reminder of who does what and where the line is between PM and UX Designer, as well as gave me ideas on how to better cooperate with UX.
