Volví a releer este libro que ha sido mi favorito de la infancia. Me llegó la nostalgia con cada página que leía, haciéndome recordar por qué me gustan tanto las novelas de misterio. La verdad es que me sorprendo cada vez que leo este libro porque por alguna razón nunca recuerdo lo que va a pasar ni quiénes están involucrados en los crímenes. Tiene unos giros muy buenos, escenas repeltas de acción, aventuras y adrenalina. Esta historia se ha convertido en un clásico para mí. Me encanta.

This is a good old-fashioned adventure! Book #8 in the Mystery Club, consisting of Holly, Tracy, and Belinda, does not disappoint. The girls stumble on an archaeological dig, at Hob's Mound, in the area not far from their homes, and they become friends with the crew from the nearby college. They hope to turn up golden treasures, like those found earlier at a similar mound not too far away. Shortly into the dig, a golden artifact is found, but the Mystery Club gals suspect that it is the same one from the earlier mound and stolen from the museum. Added to this, there's a threatening crazy old man who lives in an old derelict mill near Hob's Mound and he believes in retribution from the old gods. He was the archaeologist who dug up the first golden artifact. Another guy is also trying to get the artifacts. When the girls get lost in a cave, with an evil man chasing them, and only a crazy old man to depend on to send help, the book becomes very exciting.

Holly deve scrivere un articolo per il giornale della scuola, così con le amiche Belinda e Tracy visita uno scavo archeologico, vicino alla tomab di un guerriero celtico. Da subito fanno amicizia con la responsabile e con i suoi studenti, ma un anziano docente le spaventa. Cosa c'è di vero nelle sue minacce?

Carino, letto durante "Ballando con le stelle"... ovviamente non quando ballava Amaurys :-) !

Entretenido la verdad, tiene mucho la vibra noventera y me recuerda a las historias que veía cuando estaba pequeño, aunque algunas cosas me parecían obvias desde el principio (no se si era porque acostumbro a ver/leer sobre misterio y detectives) aún lo disfrute, es como volver a los tiempos simples de scooby doo.

El primer libro que leí de esta serie.
Las historias son muy fáciles de llevar, y junto a un ritmo que le da al punto, pistas para seguir un misterio que nos envuelve desde la premisa y estas tres chicas que en cada tomo nos dan un poco más de sí mismas, seguro que lo terminas de leer sin problemas.

Toivottavasti saan tässä kuussa jotain muutakin luettua. Nyt on kiireitä töissä, mutta viikonlopun aion pyhittää lukemiselle. Hyviä kirjoja kesken, mutta kotiin tultaessa ei jaksa ajatella syventymistä kirjoihin.
