P.D. Singer lived in Colorado with her slightly bemused husband, one young adult, and seventy-nine pounds of pets. She was a big believer in research, first-hand if possible, so the reader can be quite certain PD skied down a mountain face-first, had been stepped on by rodeo horses, acquired a potato burn or two, and rethought a novel that included sky-diving.

When not writing, playing her fiddle, or walking the sheddiest member of the family, she could be found with a book in hand.

This was a freebie from the GLBT Bookshelf. Daniel and his boyfriend Rick are going to Mexico for spring break. When they get there Bree is waiting and she's all over Rick, hugging, kissing, holding hands and he's not pulling away. Daniel is PISSED and Rick knows it. Later you find out who she is and why she's there and there is a good reason but I'd be pissed at Rick too. He didn't want to tell her secret but he didn't even mention to Daniel that she might be there and he could have said she's a family friend (which she was) or something. Instead he told him nothing. People who haven't a lick of common sense and courtesy (like we're sharing the condo honey) tick me off. It's an okay story, I just was left a bit snarly at Rick and Bree too who could have solved it herself as she knew Daniel was upset. (Oh wait, they're fictional, get over it Tam.)

I should add as a rule I adore this author's work, but I'm adding books I missed and a year later I'm still pissed on Daniel's behalf. LOL Seems I never did take my advice and get over it.

This was an ok story. The conflict felt a little overblown, and while I sympathized, the tag along friend felt weird. Like why would someone do that to a friend- tag along I mean?

Ok, I gave this one a 3 but it's really more like a 2.5. What the heck?! Daniel and Rick go on spring break to Mexico but then this girl, Bree, shows up and attaches herself to Rick and starts hugging, and kissing and clinging to him. Rick says nothing and doesn't discourage it. Daniel is understandably ticked off. I was mad for him! We soon discover who Bree is and why she is there. What I don't understand, is that the reason she is using to hang off of Rick like a barnacle is not there, so why does she do it? I don't blame Daniel for being furious. I spent most of my time reading this one mad at Bree and Rick. I didn't forgive them like Daniel did.

Had a tough time finding this until I contacted the author who was awesome enough to send this to me. It was a good very short story centered around a couple who is suppose to be vacationing together but a misunderstanding crops up when another person joins them.

Good m/m romance about a spring break that gets off to a really rocky start when Daniel's boyfriend shows up at the airport with a girl clinging to him.

Super short story about the dangers of jumping to conclusions and why you should always give the reasons first.
