I made a number of recipes out of this book. They were all yummy and relatively quick...and my kids ate them all. Now, my kids aren't actually all that picky, but still.

I also enjoyed some of the great ideas for stocking your pantry like the food pyramid, ideas for great kid friendly snacks and lunches. A lot of the meals were pretty low calorie, more because the portions were really small (kid-size) and they seem to love margarine (icky).

Lots of desserts. I am looking forward to trying more meals out of here and possibly getting my own copy of this book.
