The CISSP has the reputation of being a mile long and an inch deep. I think its more like 100 miles long. The CISSP book that is the guidance for this practice exams is over 1300 pages. Think about how many possible questions could be asked about all that information about which maybe 50% you will see in a day to day affair. Specifically the security architectures section, the orange book (no longer used) etc. This book tries to give you the hardest questions. I scored a 64% overall from all the questions. The CISSP exam is 70% or higher so I have some more studying to do before the actual exam. Hopefully I pass.

The book has a reputation of containing the hardest questions available for the CISSP, but the author accomplishes this in ways that I do not think she intended. The questions and answers are of very low quality: spelling errors, factual errors, logical errors, and errors in content when compared to the CBK.

I found that I was spending more time trying to verify her proposed answers than learning from the material. When I discovered that I was confusing her wrong answers with the true answers in my review, I knew I had to purge this book from my library.
