Preachy and dated.

The tipps are really essential - but to be honest: If you have been working for more than 5 years, you might have already used most of them.
The writing is easy and simple - yet the layout is a little bit over the top. Tipps, examples, texts for someone who is used to linear reading this is a bit overwhelming for the first 2-4 pages - then you got used to it.
For a light "on-the-train-reading" it is a very good choice.
