It provides content for the programmes of study in all six activity areas; guidance on national curriculum requirements for the attainment target and cross-curricular themes; suggestions for recording and assessment and includes photocopiable worksheets. The authors are all practising teachers associated with the Dept. of PE, Sports Science and Recreation Management at Loughborough University and they have each written on their particular area of expertise.
