How to overcome self limiting beliefs

I found this to be a great resource for students, counsellors and facilitators of self help or support groups. It is great for issues on rebuilding self confidence or esteem. The book is easy to follow and has handy tips for just about anyone. I highly recommend this book to anyone with confidence issues. Let’s face it we all do.

It's a pretty good read this one. Basically drawing on the teachings of others and presenting them in a very simplified manner. If your just starting out, understanding the mind and how it works can be overwhelming. While there are many other great books out there, this one is a good starting point. It's not half as advanced as Eckhart Tolle - The Power of Now but I would suggest its worth a look.
If your looking for an overview to understanding how the brain is conditioned and some methods on over-coming this conditioning, then give this a whirl. I would hope if this book is your starting point, that it would be enough to whet your appetite to delve deeper into the human conscious and subconscious! Enjoy!
