I read this book about a year ago at the suggestion of my therapist. This was the only book that she recommended to me that I didn't particularly like when I first read it. I thought the idea behind the book was intriguing, but it wasn't very well presented.

This was also the first book that my therapist suggested I re-read. Having the experience of completely turning around my view of a book the second time I've read it, I decided to give it another shot. I still thought it lacked some research and possibly even some time for the ideas to gel, but I enjoyed it much more the second time around. I've been struggling with the feeling that I'm very different than those around me and I don't fit in. This book presents possible explanations as well as hope.

I loved this book. So much information that helped me understand more about myself. Indigos have been coming in large numbers since 1980 however before that date they'd been coming in smaller numbers. It was really freeing to understand this.
