It was an informative book. However, I found the nutrition section lagging information in terms of the science and calculation on how to gain muscle mass and which food is best suited for a bodybuilder. In all words, I gave this book a 4 for it's awesome information especially coming a 8 time Mr. Olympia, Ronnie Coleman.
