Good book on the new features of SharePoint 2010 and comparing them to the previous versions. It also gives practical tips on developing using SharePoint in the real life.

The reason I gave it 3 starts is that I found the language difficult and it was full of grammatical mistakes.

A great introduction and depth to SharePoint 2010. I wouldn't have passed the certification without it.
