The very last in at least a gazillion emails, through which the wedding was planned, has been sent! No more emails! Hurray! And, as far as is known, any past planning problems during that time span have been worked out. Today is her wedding and KiirstiAan is convinced that nothing can happen to plague this long awaited day.
It’s going to be a “picture perfect” wedding, just wait and see! Or, will her vision of her wedding implode, creating the most outrageous and bazaar nightmare that can be conceived?
I just love to read and write! They are two of the greatest blessings I've been given! And, since I love writing so much, I believe I have been given an incredible opportunity to share Christ with readers through the writing of contemporary romance fiction.
Formerly a high school teacher, I "retired" myself so that I can focus on writing fulltime.
My hope is that I'll have many years of writing inspirational fiction ahead, and that my readers will feel uplifted by my stories.
KiirstiAan’s wedding—it’s hard to believe that she’s finally getting married after all the events occurring in the previous two books. And how powerful was this last book! We see everything that could possibly go wrong in the planning of a reception go wrong, a mother trying to rely on God’s strength throughout it all, and an oblivious bride who’s having the best of day of her life unaware of the billowing clouds of problems heading her way.
Sheila Holmes’s books always are a delight for me to read and leave me both laughing and inspired to grow closer to Christ. I’ve loved her Wedding Woes series greatly, and I’m sad to see their end in this third and final book. Do read them!
*Disclaimer: I received an e-copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. I was not required to write a positive review; all opinions are my own.
This is the third of the three-book series, and it is unbelievable! I couldn't believe what was happening, as events took place the day of KiirstiAan's wedding. It was a nightmare from the depths, and KiirstiAan was completely oblivious to what was going on as her mother tried to finalize everything the day of the event. The imagination of this author is beyond me. Excellent story and a great finish to the series.
Amazing, amazing amazing! I hate that this series is over. It was unbelievable. Of all the books in the series, this was my absolute favorite! I could not believe how the actual wedding day of KristiAan unfolded! Again, it was amazing!
Well, the author switched it up. In this third (and final) one of the series, she told the whole thing in narrative, through the mom's eyes. Very, very effective!!!
