I appreciate the deep short poems and nice quotes from famous and anonymous people. Lovely advices on what a good/true friend should and shouldn't behave. Somehow, the movie/recipes/book suggestions kinda boring.. A bit draggy. But I love the games suggestions.

I bought 3 copies of this book: 2 for my friends and 1 for myself and do not, for a moment, regret this impulse purchase.

The book is charmingly divided into several sections, from real-life best friends to literary best friends (Pooh and Piglet) as well as tips on what to do with your friend. In a way, it purports to be a "friend handbook", but I find that it celebrates friendship.

There are also quotes on friendship scattered throughout the book, which I really enjoyed, one of my favorite being "If I had to choose between betraying my friend and betraying my country, I should hope I have the guts to betray my country" by E.M Foster.

However, it did seem to me that the book is targeted at girls (all ages) rather than guys.

All in all, this cute little book is the perfect gift for your friends. Or, you could do like I did, and get a copy for all your closest friends, so that they:
a. know how much you appreciate them
b. have even more things to talk about with you (although the chances of us ever running out of things to say is minuscule)

A friend of mine bought me this for my birthday and I was extremely touched simply by what it said on the cover.

This book is filled with recipes and do-at-home facials as well as tips on how to manage friendships even if you're miles away or just had a big blowout. There are also real life accounts of BFFs—best friends forever.

It's not exactly re-read material but I thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend you to buy it for your best buddies, they'll sure to be touched—I was!
