Okay, so I had his first two cook books. They have both been borrowed and not returned. I grabbed this from the library and it turns out that most of the recipes that I enjoyed from those first two make an experience here.
They have been refined and have the benefit of his years of finally 'learning' to cook. I may end up buying this. There are some good jumping off points and some sure fire recipes.
