When a squadron of Alliance starships disappeared into the alien void, Commander Kelly led the Star Hawks in pursuit. The aliens had been defeated before, so they were not invincible. If the Star Hawks used their wits, they could find the chinks in the enemy armor. There were a few tricks that the aliens hadn't seen yet and more would be invented as needed.

The crew is beginning to be unified by book three. They are improving as a team. This challenge is their greatest yet. This is exactly the kind of swift action and deadly peril that I like. Way better than Tom Swift.
