Never date your roommate. It’s a common rule. And for good reason. If it doesn’t work out, one of you could end up on the streets.
I don’t have to worry about that with Theo. Living with him is like living with an annoying brother. The guy leaves chips all over the sofa and his underwear on the floor. And he’s always playing video games. Not qualities I find attractive.
He’s got a good body, I’ll give him that. I know this because Theo doesn’t like wearing clothes. It’s another one of his annoying quirks.
Despite his shortcomings, Theo’s actually a good roommate. In fact, the longer I live with him, the more I like him. I’ve even found myself wondering what it’d be like to kiss him. Which makes no sense since I am not into Theo. Even though he plays football, and I kind of have a thing for football players.
But not Theo. He’s my roommate. And I can’t break the rule. Could I?

These are college kids and they act and think just like college kids; the arguments over nothing, refusing to listen or discuss, partying, cutting classes, going off in a huff. Not really what I want to read.
This book is so unbelievably juvenile. The characters are immature & it reads more like high school bullshit than college.
Why it’s garbage • it was formulaic, there wasn’t any chemistry to be felt • Darcy is a wishy washy bitch; she wants him but doesn’t think they should date but flirts with him & pulls back. Snip snap snip snap 😒 •Darcy is so self centered when Theo is venting how he’s feeling after discovering who Curt is to him; she makes it about her instead of being there for him •the constant gossip about their nothing relationship to their friends, stfu. It was redundant & annoying •Thor’s parents wanting a restraining order against the coach simply because they don’t like him… wtf, how dumb do you have to be to even think that’s rational?

Are you ready for some football? College football, parties, friends and a little steamy romance. This story has starts with girl meets boy and a few of boys friends. He tells his friends he has no feelings for said girl, but jealousy definitely plays a part in the story. Along with a divorce announcement during the holidays,an alcoholic parent, a Dad that took off and reappears, nd so much more.
My heart broke for Darcy on more than one occasion. This was such a great story. I loved their chemistry. They were so hot together. He messed up a lot, but she saw him for him. I loved it!!
Another great read from Allie! This book focuses on Theo and Darcy, who we met in the last release from Allie. After both their roommates fall in love and move in together, Darcy and Theo are somewhat forced to move in together as well. At first these two struggle to get along because their personalities and cleaning habits are opposite, but there is also the underlying chemistry between them of attraction. While they fight things at first, when Darcy makes it known she wants to go after one of Theo’s teammates, the feelings he has towards that shows him that he needs to take a chance on dating Darcy himself. Typical in college, this couple gets serious and then because everything happens so fast, they break up, but thankfully Theo gets things together and realizes things before it’s too late. This was a cute read and I can’t wait for Allie’s next release! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Darcy moves in with Theo after her roomate moves out to live with her boyfriend. At first they can't stand each other, Theo is a slob and all Darcy does is nag him about it. As time goes on they start to like each other and become friends. Darcy wants to date Theos football teammates but he blocks everyone by telling them she's off limits. Theo stops hooking up with other girls and Darcy starts having feelings for Theo. They both go home for Christmas break and come back early because of life at home. They have a great break spending time together and connecting but know it can't go anywhere because they are roommates. Will they stop being stubborn and decide to be together or continue to be just roommates?
These two were so unexpected but had a great friendship that turned into more. Darcy and Theo were roommates after they’re best friends started dating each other. Darcy always had a crush on one of the other friends and always saw a Theo as a brother and he saw her as a sister. Until all the time they started spending together showed that they had feelings for each other. They took that step and were there for each other when things were happening in their family. Theo childhood past came back and I must say I didn’t like his reaction at times and Darcy really tried being there for him but he wasn’t seeing straight and almost lost the girl. He had to grovel but he made it right. Loved catching up with Wes and Avery.
This was an interesting, well written story that will appeal to many readers, not just YA book fans. (Believe me, I am a looooong way from my young adult years.) I am looking forward to reading the rest of the books. I hope Ella and Colton are next. I was privileged enough to receive an advanced reader copy of this book from the author for a voluntary and honest review.
