Alien Baby Pact #2

Baby For The Palantir Chief

Rate this book
She refuses to be a surrogate for any alien.
Sarah French refuses to passively accept her fate as a surrogate for a Palantir chief. She has to accompany the beastly alien general to his home world, but she only has to give him a year to woo her and act as his surrogate before she can walk away. Determined not to have a child she has to leave behind, and sure she could never love an alien she hasn’t met, she takes an illegal drug that will prevent conception, possibly forever. She just has to endure the year and will be able to walk away with no lingering ties. It comes as a shock to realize Reld is a lot different than she expected (in many knotty ways), and the possibility of a new and happier life on Baxa beckons. With her secret between them, will he be able to forgive her actions and accept just her, since she might never conceive?

Seven years ago, the Faction agreed to save Earth from the Vorathan invasion in exchange for Earth women giving them one year of proxy rights to act as a surrogate, since the aliens of the Faction faced a dwindling population. With the Vorathans feared throughout the galaxy as bloodthirsty, vicious marauders, the Earth’s government agreed.

That doesn’t mean the women did.

Sometimes, you want to read about the entire alien empire and all its myriad twists and turns, immersing yourself in hundreds of pages of intrigue. And sometimes, you want to skip the frills and get to the main event. Juno and Aurelia are pleased to bring you a series of short, steamy romances about untouched human women making babies with their truly alien mates.

A wonderful and riveting read that kept me captivated by the wonderful characters
This is a simply wonderful and some what different read regarding an alien baby pact and I am sure that you will enjoy every moment of this wonderful book, it is engaging and it keeps you guessing at the final outcome.
Sarah has no interest in the match that has been made for her by the government, she had been matched and would have to leave earth for a year and have a baby for an alien that she has never met and who she knows nothing about.
When Sarah realises that she has feelings for Reid she has to face her fears and she discovers that the Alien match is possibly going to actually mean more to her that she could ever have believed, and she realises that she has actually started to feel very deeply for her match.
She also has a very deep and

This is a quick and easy read and I liked how the main characters realized they both have issues and secrets but can they overcome it all. Sarah French is an Earth female who has been matched to an Alien Palantir Chief because they saved Earth 7yrs ago from the Evil Vorathan and in the agreement for further protection from them they get females as surrogates for 1 yr to repopulate there species but Sarah has other plans now that she has been chosen and takes an illegal drug to stop getting pregnant so she doesn’t have to leave her child behind but after meeting Reld and the attraction she feels for him she regrets her decision about taken the drug and the possibility of not have children afterwards. Reld is a Palantir Chief from planet Baxa their new home after their home was destroyed. Now he has be matched to a Sarah French and all his dreams are coming true and mate and a child and a future and meeting her he knows she is the one for him. How does it all turn out will Sarah confess about the illegal drug she took and how will Reld react and how long is the affect of the drug and can the have a child and a future together or not.

"...he wondered if she would ever feel free enough to share her thoughts with him."

Sarah doesn't want any part of the alien match her government is requiring of her. A year away from her life on Earth, having a child, leaving that child behind... none if it works for her, so she's going to do what she must to protect her body, and her heart.

Sarah acts, whether she realizes it or not, from a place of fear, and only after she faces the unknown, gets to know Reld - her Alien match, and begins to truly consider living a different life instead of continuing to get by as she always has, does she truly think about what she did while caught up in her fears.

This done in one kindle unlimited quick read works, in part, because Reld faces some of his own demons during the story, and seems to recognize what a difference the person by your side in those moments makes.

Sarah feels like she has been backed into a corner and she has had any true choice over her life taken away from her. She's thankful that Earth was assisted by the aliens but not so much in how they have requested the form of thanks. So she makes the one choice she feels that she can make, she takes an experimental drug that will prohibit her fertility which is all she believes she is wanted for. Reld is a Palantir and his race is dying. He is eternally grateful for the chance of having a family. Not one that can replace the one that he lost but rather one where he can feel as though they are still a part of his life again. Palantir mate for life, this is his one chance at it and he hopes that his match will become his friend as well as his lover. With such opposing views will they ever be able to meet in the middle?

Sarah is very apposed to the alien match her government is requiring of all women on Earth to take part in. One year, being a surrogate for an alien, at the end of the year, become a mate to the alien or leave your baby and go back to Earth. She cant imagine either scenario, so takes precautions to not get pregnant, but this option could leave her permanently sterile. Reld, the Palantir Chief, is excited to have the opportunity to have a mate and child and hopes this can be a match. As they get to know each other, Sarah knows she has made a serious mistake. the book is well paced, sizzling, steamy, has some drama, and was a fun read. Both book in the Alien Baby Pact series have been solid reads and with both currently available on Kindle Unlimited ], they are free as well.

I loved this book. Great world building and wonderful characters. When I first read the blurb, I wasn't sure how I felt about a woman willing to risk rendering herself sterile in order to prevent her government from forcing her to surrogate a baby for an alien. Of course if she didn't want children to begin with, than I do understand- but I have yet to encounter such a woman in romance novels (which is unfortunate- a romance can be perfectly happy as is without a baby being the goal or the greatest blessing of a union). But I found I could connect with Sarah- especially with her world being the way it is. I really liked Reld. It was honorable and respectful and not at all what she expected. This was a fun, quick read. 5 stars.

Sarah (h) has been identified as a genetic match for an alien as part of a program that requires women serve as surrogates for one-year to aliens in exchange for their protecting Earth from invaders. She takes an illegal contraceptive that will work short term but may render her fertile – a risk Sarah’s willing to take if it means she doesn’t conceive with the alien she’s matched to. But then Sarah meets Reld, and as the pair get to know one another, she regrets her actions and worries how Reld will react when he so obviously wants a family. Hot and steamy alien breeding romantic quickie. Lovely quick in and out alien romance.

Sweet and Short

If you have ever read a book on Archives of our own, then you know that one shots are straight up fluff and cute. This is basically what you would find on a 03 but book form. I'm not mad at it. It's cute. With this story, I don't think it could have been longer period but I would have definitely liked to find more out about the. Palantir culture. I'm actually kind of surprised that they went with knotting and not fated mates. Usually, those go hand in hand.

But again.
All in all, it's a cute one-shot. [Yes, I know it's a series. But I've read longer shit on A03, so let's just call it what it is.]

Sarah didn't sign up for an alien romance, but she is being forced to go to an alien planet for a year and live with an alien. Reld has been matched with Sarah, and he secretly hopes she will stay, but is he due for heartache for Sarah is determine to return to Earth? I enjoyed this quick read alien and human romance, I think I liked Reld more (although I like Sarah too). A great story for those short of time.

A surprisingly sweet short story…
Earth’s government agreed to supply woman to the alien faction for a year to be used for breeding. They didn’t ask the women, some of whom go to extremes to avoid their obligation. When Sarah decided to choose a dangerous path she never realized what her life with Reld, her matched mate could be… I received a free copy of this book. This review was posted voluntarily.

Sarah is chosen to be a surrogate for the Palanter chief. She is not happy about being chosen. This is not her choice and she isn't going to take it without a plan. She has her fertility stopped so she doesn't get pregnant and only plans to spend the one year with her "mate" and return to Earth. What will happen when she falls for her chief?.

This was a great fast read that took Sarah and matched her to Reld as his surrogate. She didn't want this match set up by the gov't and took steps to make sure she wouldn't get preggo...illegally. Reld is very anxious to have a family and, as they get to know each other, they find their way to truth, acceptance and love. I really liked how they worked towards their HEA and can't wait for the next book in the series :D

Oh my word! This is an absolutely awesome story. Literally everything about it is amazing, the characters, the storyline, the world building, the steamy scenes….because this male has some knotty anatomy. I could not put this book down. It’s well written and entertaining, it has everything a reader could want from an alien romance and more. I highly recommend reading this book 10/10.

There are some things that are done in haste. yep. So when Sarah makes a life changing decision where she is not expecting the results on multiple levels. Her new Husband Reld. Gotta love Reld. A Chief who is so protective and a good alien. Good alien and human makes this a good read. It is not a long read but packs a punch to the meaning of working it out. Can't wait for the next read!.

Sarah has been matched to an alien. All she has to do is spend a year, have a baby and she can come home but she’s NOT doing it! She’ll do what she has to and if he doesn’t know or doesn’t like it that’s not her problem. But there’s more to Reld than she expected and she is second guessing herself. Fast paced, easy read about two people who just might be perfect for each other, if they can only find a way forward.

If you are looking for a feel good romantic story, look no further. Juno Wells always delivers a good story but this series, Alien Baby Pact, has everything a good quality story should in a small package. I loved how both Sarah and Reld worked at their relationship with kindness and understanding. Excellent ❤️❤️.

She does something rash which she regrets once she meets her match, Reld. Time spent together has them falling in love and the long hoped for pregnancy happens.

I was irked at the action of the FMC. She was acting foolishly, good to know that she realized her mistake later on. Thankfully the ramifications of her actions did not last for a lifetime or we wouldn’t have a happy ending

The saving glory is our Palantir, the MMC. He is an overall good alien.

Baby For The Palantir Chief is book 2 of the Alien Baby Pact Series. This book, written in my favorite trope, did not disappoint. With strong characters, the author takes us on a journey from one extreme to another and fills it with action, drama, and danger. Definitely a book worth reading!.

This interesting book 2 in The Alien Surrogacy Romance Book series has a short and unique alien romance story with engaging characters. She did not want to do her duty and have a child with the aliens only to leave her child. She has a plan to stop that before she ever meets her "Mate." What is she to do when she falls for her mate who is really a Teddy Bear at heart. I enjoyed the story.

It is a short story. It reminded me of some history lesson. When people were going West. Women, marring just to be able to leave where they were, hopefully to a better life. A good story. I enjoyed it. I received a complimentary review copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Baby for the Palantir Chief

Way too short and the forced breeding for a year with the idea of having to abandon the baby is awful. The Chief is a nice male and able to understand the woman's point of view.
