Honestly I'm pretty tickled I made it through this whole (rather academic) book. And I learned a lot, I have a better informed understanding of Franco and the impact of his regime.

Read a free copy thru the NYPL and Project Muse. Dense but good jumping off point for understanding Iberian fascism. Needed more on the regimes repression.
