Excellent book on "keys" to longevity by the late Robert N. Butler, MD - founding director of the National Institute on Aging and the International Longevity Center. Very credible science in the text.
Common sense information everyone should know. I'm quite shocked that the author barely dwelled on calorie restriction and known longevity genes. I was expecting more in the realm of genetics and the physiological effects of decreased carbohydrate consumption has on longevity.
