Had to be sure to catalog Joanna Cambell's book before giving it away to woman who is fighting depression after divorce. Stories help get us out of ourselves and let us know we are not the first or only ones to feel this way. Too Blessed to Be Depressed helped me after my dad died ten years ago. I wrote my journal answers in separate journal, so my copy is usable for my friend. Now, I'll order another for my shelves to be ready when need calls.
This was a great inspirational book. I needed to hear some of these stories and can't wait to apply them to my life by doing some of the exercises included in each chapter. I will work on being the pebble that starts the ripple.
