I really enjoyed this book JB and Karin were fire together, they bonded from the moment the met and I loved their chemistry. This book was refreshing because it spoke more about the person JB was rather than all of music mogul drama I liked reading about his dedication to his country the way he wanted to help rather then about all of the materialism in the the music industry. I really liked Karin too she was smart enough to take a chance when she needed a chance. I enjoyed this book and I can't wait to read more of this authors work.”

Sexy, Exciting & Fun Reading

I ENJOYED THIS BOOK! I read it in 1 1/2 days and that was because I had to go to bed! Karin & JB just ignite the pages. The love scenes aren't blunt nasty romps, they are poetry in motion! As she always does, Ms. Esdaile delivers! This story is HOT! And the characters are endearing and likeable and you can't help but root for them. I definitely recommend this book. Enjoy!

It was a fun read. I especially liked the fact that St. Lucia was used as a backdrop (for obvious reasons!); however I did not like the fact that the author made the St. Lucians portrayed in the story sound like Jamaicans. For example,in our slang, we do not say, ''Yeah mon!'' but rather ''Yeah muhn!''Also (back to the story, I found that the ending came too quickly. I t felt as if a part of the story was missing before the actual ending took place.

I'm going to have to put this one on hold/did-not-finish; just too much back and forth on the will-they-won't-they, and after more than half-way through a tax law plot they haven't had one tax discussion! Talk about false promises!

I don't know where to start. The intensity between Karin and JB was beyond the physical. It was the merging of two souls that connected on a spiritual level. It was as if they had been looking for each other, without even knowing it. This was truly one of the most romantic stories I have ever read. I stayed up all night just to finish it. I really couldn't put it down. I have read most of Ms. Esdaile books and I originally thought that River of the Soul and Still Waters Run Deep were my favorites. Now I must say this is by far my most favorite. She used metaphors to describe the their emotions very similar to the way she did in Love Lessons. I love the way she writes

This was an awesome book. Leslie Esdaile is a great story teller. I love the way Karin and J. B. meet and it is a classic romance novel. It whisked me away to another country and I could see the characters so clearly. A++++

AWESOME! All the way around, a great book to read when you have some spare time. You'll get caught up in the characters and their growing love for each other.
