I'd recommending reading the Horrorland books in order because of the Horrorland part, though it is small. Most of it's a separate story, which can be read by itself just fine. I enjoyed it over-all.

If R.L. Stine wanted me to hate Bradley and get super frustrated at him screwing up the life of the protagonist, Matt, the he definitely succeeded! He was one of the WORST (best?) antagonists in a Goosebumps book. Once again I was so angry at the adults for letting this monster kid get away with terrible things... Ugh!

But unfortunately, I think too much of the book's focus was on Matt and Bradley's "friendship," leaving the actual horror element - the monster blood - almost as an afterthought to the plot. So to me, the book got more fun to read during part 2. Again, so much time was spent on Bradley being a little **** that the conflict with the monster blood felt rushed.

The Horror Land portion of the story was fun too, although it felt very short.

This review is based on the audiobook version.

2.5 stars but I'll round to 3.

Hopefully none of the next Horrorland books are worse than this one...

So we follow our main character Matt where he seems to be good in everything, he's a math savant, science inventor and also an athlethe at the same time but everything is holding him back for this weirdo, creep and probably the most irritating written character in all Goosebumps which is Bradley.
What's up with that dude? I don't know. It was established that Matt's sister also despises Bradley, is he a friend? why is he also just allowed to be let in the house especially the kids don't treat this creep any good.
There's also Monster Blood as the main conflict of this book and I gotta say some parts of it are kinda creepy with the computer scene but I kinda does not make sense what's up with that?
So basically this book follows the situation the main character had dealt on in Monster Blood 3 where Evan grows in a size of kaijuu (honestly don't remember what's the exact height), but we see a more lighter and condensed version of it as our main character only grows into 9 feet tall and it just mainly resolves into a deus ex machina like any Monster Blood books and it's stupid and laughable.

The Monster Blood aspect of the book honestly isn't bad on it's own as it's a kinda new pace for this saga as we finally now move on with Evan and Andy but this boring plot is just mostly less centered on the Monster Blood and more on this irritating weirdo that keeps bothering the main character by going into their house.

Also because this book is a part of the Horrorland series, the Enter Horrorland section continues as where the last book left on and I say it's still interesting and intriguing and wanted to make me look forward for the next books...
It made this book mainly worth to read for the Enter Horrorland section especially if you do liked previous two Horrorland books.

Matt's a good kid, gets good grades, excels on the school swim team. But he's saddled with an awful neighbor named Bradley. Bradley's always up to no good, lying to get Matt in trouble. When Bradley orders one of his gimmicky products on the Internet, it's Matt who gets stuck with Monster Blood, a strange substance that makes anything, or anyone who ingests it huge. When one of Bradley's practical jokes goes too far, Matt will wish they'd never heard of Monster Blood.
While Stine has frequently included foils for the stories' heroes in the form of bratty siblings or annoying "friends," Bradley was just so beyond obnoxious from the get go, that it made for unpleasant reading. When the HorrorLand story picks up in the second entry in the book, it was more enjoyable, though as I've read some of the series out of order, it just went back to a part I'd already read past.

How many stars? “500 million trillion quadrillion”

“It was boring at the beginning, but then later when Matt ate monster blood for breakfast and he turned nine or eight feet tall, it got exciting.”

In the story, Monster Blood For Breakfast! by R.L. Stine I liked that Bradly as the antagonist for example, how he keeps on be annoying. also how Matt and his sister don't really argue because in about every story the brother and sister don't get along. The thing that would've helped me to like it more is if they added more suspense, like if Bradley somehow tricked Matt into thinking it was permanently. I also thought the ending is alright but someone had to have screamed or something when the ivy plant tangled around him. That is my review for Monster Blood For Breakfast! by R.L. Stine I recommend this book to people who love horror and are 4th graders and older.

The book “Goosebumps Horrorland: Monster Blood for Breakfast” by R.L. Stine is mostly about a boy named Matt that has the most annoying neighbor ever, Bradley Wormser (Worm). And Matt’s life was almost ruined by him and his Monster Blood. He also gets an invitation to horrorland. Where he meets with an old friend, monster blood. I would recommend this book to people who like thrilling books and suspense.

This story gets a bit crazy, featuring a product called Monster Blood that makes things grow too much and too quickly. It works on plants... And humans too, just like Matt finds out in this story.

Caution: There are some kind of nasty/icky moments. Oh, and there is a boy running around without clothes on, at one point. (You're forewarned.)

I listened to this as an audiobook and it was perfect! Matt and billy are neighbors and billy is so annoying to Matt. I think the monster blood is not the main focus but that’s okay! Good book, great on audio!

I love this book and I love how the monster blood GROWS when it touches something. When the main character ate it he kept growing and growing and growing until he was 10 foot tall! It was really good.

1.5-2⭐️. I’m gonna be generous.

Matt is above average kid. Very talented in swimming and science. He does good in school. He has a neighbor who constantly wants to be like him. To the point of annoying. They come across some goo called monster blood and the chaos begins.

What I liked. Not a whole lot. I liked the kid sister. Who by the way has very little involvement in this story. That’s about it .

What I didn’t like. The neighbor kid. WOW! I would’ve punched his lights out long ago. I wouldn’t care about my moms’ business partner. He ruined so much of this book for me.

Overall……you can pass and it’ll never affect your life

Have you ever felt self conscious of the way you look that your willing to do something drastic? Well in this story the narrators neighbor, Bradley was willing to take the risk of purchasing an online product that claims to do wonders. Matt Daniels the narrator warns Bradley about the possible outcomes of using a mysterious product. I recommend this book to people that like to believe that magical products will change their lives for the better, I think it will entertain and surprise you with the twists and turns the Monster Blood product causes in these characters lives.

All Matt wants is to live his life without his neighbour, Bradley “Worm”. But Bradley manages to worm his way into everything and causing trouble as he goes. One day, he pulls the ultimate prank on Matt… changing the recipe to Matt’s breakfast. Playing on the classic Goosebump stories Monster Blood, this was another good story to add to the collection. The plot was straight forward and easy to follow. It wasn’t very scary, it was just more frustrating to read, especially because of Bradley. The way they made him such an unlikable character was really good. He made the reader not want to keep reading, but in a good way because it was well written and he was that bad. The standalone story was alright, what the reader really liked was the Horrorland part, where we picked up where we left off… with Sheena disappearing. There were so many moments that kept us on our toes, the ups and downs of this theme park and the things that keep happening to the kids is so intriguing. The reader can’t wait to see where it’ll go next!

Oh my god, did anyone else totally cringe at Bradley???? Of all the annoying little cretins! Ok i'm getting ahead of myself. Spoilers ahead! You've been warned!

Basically Matt is this pretty awesome kid with some mad swimming skills who has this pest of a neighbor who is nothing but trouble. That would be Bradley. How much trouble do you ask? How about blaming every solitary action that could potentially get him in trouble on his dear "friend" Matt. When Matt's sister tries to pull a prank on Bradley it goes array when he catches on and executes the prank on Matt instead!

My book was about a kid named:Matt Daniels, an average boy with a weird friend named:Bradley Wormser. So one day Matt had been walking home from his swim practice when he had this weird feeling of something, it started when two men jumped out from nowhere and warned him about something someone bought from the web they then disappeared, after that he checked his laptop when suddenly two words began to repeat over and over, it was called MONSTER BLOOD, after that it was just then when he noticed that his friend Bradley jumped in his room he showed him a bag he bought from the web that which caught Matt's attention. So Bradley showed him the bag and a sticker was stuck to it, it said:MONSTER BLOOD that which also caught Matt's attention, but after he read it Bradley was about to eat it since it can cause him to make himself taller. At first Matt was gonna let him eat it for all the mean things Bradley did to him, but when it got closer to his mouth Matt couldn't help himself stopping him so he did and forced Bradley to let Matt(himself) keep it to protect Bradley, but it did cause Matt a LOT of problems to handle that night. The next morning Matt found out that the bag wasn't in his room, that was when he ACCIDENTLY ate the MONSTER BLOOD from his cereal. At school he finally found out what happened to it when he asked Bradley. He said first Matt's sister took the MONSTER BLOOD and placed it in a bowl for Bradley then he swaped it for Matt's bowl that which caused Matt to eat it.Right after he realized he ate the MONSTER BLOOD he began to grow a little but that didn't stop him since he had a swim competition today against another team. When he got to the pool to start the competion, he realized water was one thing that would make him grow, but that still didn't stop him to race because no one would notice if he's inside the pool. When the race started he swam incredibly fast (since of the MONSTER BLOOD) that he finished in first place and broke the record! After that he sneaked out so that no one can realize he was a nine-foot freak and head to Bradley's house to fix the problem, but when he got there Bradley freaked out, but he was focused so he grabed the paper that went with the MONSTER BLOOD.When Matt read it he was excited since it was a short amount of time to become tall, so after he read it he shrank and went back to normal.THE END.

I read the book goosebumps monster blood for breakfast. It was a very good book i would recommend it to plenty of people. There is a kid named Matt and he has this friend called Bradely Wormser but people call him worm Matt doesn't like him but he always comes to his house in the morning and he is very skinny but eats a lot and he always likes to play jokes. Matt is more of a popular person on the swim team in there school so Bradely always likes to wear Matts clothes. So one day Matt comes home and finds Bradely on his computer so he tells him to get off his computer so he does then Matt looks at the screen and it reads MONSTER BLOOD he tries to turn off the computer but it wont turn off then he unplugs the cord and it still wont turn off. So the next morning the MONSTER BLOOD comes and as a joke Matts sister puts it in Bradleys cereal and Bradely noticed it and so he switched it with Matts cereal and he doesn't notice so that night Matt had his big swim meet and he starts growing and growing from the monster blood and he gets into the pool and notices that he is 8 ft tall and he lines up for the race and he beets everyone by two laps. so he finally shrinks down back to normal size. A couple days later he gets an invitation to horror-land and when he goes he meets up with two people who one has turned invisible and the other is normal but they are getting chased by bad guys and they have to run and hide from all these people read and find out what happens and if they get away

Tittle:Goosebumps Horrorland Monster Blood for Breakfast
By:R.L. Stine
I think that Goosebumps Horrorland is a good book because it has three parts in one. There was a kid named Matt his friend always comes over every morning and Matt is real good in science and his friend drives Matt crazy. Then one day Matt was coming home from school when he saw his friend using his laptop and wearing one of his shirts then he told his friend to leave and he saw something on his laptopthen he realized that his friend bought something on his laptop. Then his friend got a package and showed it to Matt it was a jar called Monster Blood then he explained to Matt what it does is that if you eat it it grows you bigger and stronger. Then Matt was worried then four days later his sister but some of that stuff inside his friends ceral then his friend told him that he switched bowls with Matt and now he was going to grow bigger and stronger. Then he was going to his swim meet and he went in water to pratice and he grew and he was faster than before and everybody was shocked. Then at the end Matt was at Horrorland and he was with Billy Deep they were looking for Britney and Molly they had a piece of a mirror that showed where they were.

I don't like that the main stories in Goosebumps Horrorland books are shorter than those in regular Goosebumps, since the extra 30-40 pages are devoted to the Horrorland sections, which are part of a serial. That's not to say it isn't an interesting idea, but I feel this is one of those tales that would've benefited greatly from a bit more build-up.

It's not bad, though. Check out what may be the most obnoxious -- and therefore hilarious -- character R.L. Stine has ever written. His nickname is "Worm."

WORM.
