Kirsten and her best friend, Tracy, have been fighting ever since only Kirsten was chosen to be in the Limelight Majorettes parade. It will take Storm's magical help to put these two friends back on track!
Sue was born in Northampton where she still lives. For many years she worked for Northamptonshire libraries and remains a passionate supporter of Public Libraries. Sue loves everything about books, the feel of them, their smell. the way they look. And has a habit of matching a bookmark to the cover of each book she's reading. The process of reading, the feel of the book, carrying it around in her shoulder bag, sitting in favourite cafes reading all make for a complete sensory experience. Browsing bookshops old and new, talking all things bookish with other book lovers, spending time with other writers and meeting with fans of her own books at author events are her favourite things. That and eating good quality dark chocolate, while writing.
There are seven different books of Magic Puppy and Twirling Tails is the seventh. On the back of each book shows the books of Magic Puppy.
The puppy in Twirling Tails had its name as Storm and his real self was just a silver wolf. He's going to become the leader of the Moon-Claw pack. The evil Shadow wants to become the leader and he's using his evil magic on normal dogs, but you can tell them from ordinary dogs because they've got pale eyes and extra sharp teeth.
I am going to get more Magic Puppy books from the library. The first one I'm going to get is going to be School of Mischief.
This book was slightly different than the others we’ve read in this series. Instead of being visible to only one girl, Storm showed his puppy form to her family and friends. My daughter and I didn’t know how Storm was able to leave a real puppy behind him when he left. I wouldn’t enjoy these books if I was reading them on my own, but my daughter loves them.

I liked this book. It was about Storm, the wolf puppy. Kristen finds puppy storm in the girl's bathroom and she says, "You better turn invisible now that you see a magic puppy in the girl's bathroom!"
Lovely book, just there's a sad bit that nearly made me cry. The bit where Storm leaves and nothing but tiny puppy clothes is left on the floor. A must read.
