I loved the meditations in this audiobook! Whoever was reading them was not the author and the music and voice was perfect for each of the guided meditations. The book is pretty substantial, lots of great info. Some resonated some didn’t. It wasn’t one of my favorites, but I can definitely see this bridging lots of gaps for people new to these practices.
