This little book is powerful and has saved many a marriage! I just sent it to some Christian friends in the process of divorce and pray it has the same effect on them. This is especially recommended for couple having struggles in their marriage, but I also highly recommend it for any and all married couples, in fact, the principles are for all Christians (married or not) and can also be found in the study 'The Way of Agape' by the same husband and wife authors.

This little book packs a mighty punch and contains tremendous wisdom…Chuck is a blessed man to have such a tenacious and godly fighter! I so enjoyed the authenticity and sincerity that Nancy showed in pouring out their story. This is a must-read for all married couples.

The first 3/4s of the book is her life story, and the "solution" is just to turn your problems over to God. While it's a good message, I still feel uncertain about how to actually follow the principle. I think the book could have been condensed to get to the point much quicker.

a challenging but beautiful look at loving others more than ourselves

I read this along with “The Key” and have been incredibly challenged by it. Sometimes, I found myself arguing with Nancy about some of her points, then realizing through God’s voice and His Word the truth in the knowledge she offered

I do recommend!

This book is great for any marriage or those looking for Gods reconciliation in any relationship! Nancy Missler’s testimony of what God did in her life and marriage is a great reminder of God’s love. I think everyone, young or old, married or single should read this book!

This was given to me by a friend who found it very powerful. To me, it seemed primarily directed at women, so I didn't relate to it as much. It makes some good points, and I found it a worthwhile read, but the writing and editing quality is poor at best.

The heart of the matter

Must read. I wasn't exactly prepared for God to speak so loudly thru this book to my heart. But He did. Through this book He was able to hold up a mirror to my soul and I have been blind. I hope it blesses you in the same way.
