Sandra Maddox and Ruth Schwenk are the co-founders of the ministry, Growing Moms in God's Word. Together, they have made it their mission to inspire moms across the world to learn, love, and live out God's Word.

Ruth Schwenk is the founder of TheBetterMom.com, and along with her husband Patrick, founder of FortheFamily.org as well as the Rootlike Faith Podcast. She is a pastor's wife, a mom of four amazing kids, a lover of coffee, and a dreamer of big dreams. A graduate of Moody Bible Institute, Ruth is the author of The Better Mom Devotional and co-author of Pressing Pause, Settle My Soul and In a Boat in the Middle of a Trusting the God Who Meets Us in Our Storm. She lives in the dreamy college town of Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Sandra Maddox is a designer, founder of TheArtofDomesticity.com, and author of Tiffany and the Talking Frog. She and her husband reside in sunny California, where she pours her heart out mentoring and teaching young moms through her ministry at Saddleback Church.
