Lots of great cookie recipes! The vegan section is helpful. Coconut pecan pie bars!!!

I enjoyed 101 Gourmet Cupcakes in 10 Minutes, so I wanted to try this book as well. In fact, some of the recipes done in the cupcake book are adapted here for cookies. I don't know what it is, however, but while a piña colada cupcake sounds like something worth trying, a piña colada cookie doesn't sound as good. I think you have to be a cookie fanatic to want to try some of these. To be honest, I wasn't interested enough to want to try any of them, although I could see the appeal of maybe making some of the cookies and giving them away to people who might enjoy them.

On the plus side, there are more actual cookies recipes in this book, and the photos are still great.

So excited to win this book! We love to bake and look forward to some fun new recipes.

I've read through the book several times now, but have yet to make any of the recipes. The format is very clear, easy to read and follow the instructions, with great photography. Has several categories of cookies, including some for special needs. We also have Wendy Paul's cupcake book. We're glad to have this addition to our cookbook shelf.

I found my new favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe in this book! And it's a versatile one that's easily changed. All the recipes I have tried in this book are great - just wish I had the time (and calorie allotment) to try them all sooner. Can't wait for her next book!!!
