1) lots of good lens photos/examples/explanations
2) lens media assessment technique: (SLE) focus thin white light beam on posterior capsule. use cobalt blue filter to cause blue-light scatter. if no longer focused on capsule, media may be 20/50 or worse
-similarly, small PSC can cause poor VA
-conversely, dense brunescent nuclear sclerotic can have OK VAs
3) CAT-removal post-refractive surgery... considering the complications
