I love this book. Its worth your time to read this book.
Wish I could imprint every page into my memory. Some of his stories are an eye opener. The one with a science director analysing the results of remarks made by politicians. It so happens they measure emotional reaction. WOW.I can only say it is a must read for anyone in business, creativity, or just wants to know how the brain works. This book can help change how you think!

This book was interesting, but I wish Cardillo had sprinkled more practical tips and exercises throughout the book. I enjoyed thinking about the ways brain chemistry impacts attention span.

As a programmer I find it hard to pay attention to interruptions. My mind wanders during meetings. When my wife calls me at work, I can't remember a thing she said after I hang up. This book has given me practical advice on how to focus. This advice is based on ancient wisdom taken from the martial arts and modern scientific research.
