I want to win in these troubled times with the Word of God to transform into a faith-building believer. Reading this book to seek insight and building such courage to stand on the Word of God.

My favorite chapters that deal with debt-cancellation, self-doubt, fear, stress, and lust because these are areas that I've faced or can't seem to shake off as easily as I would like as a believer. This book allowed me to see it in a new light and biblically sound, without overdoing it. Your faith will increase and declare the Word of God in your life. We are to stand firm on the Word of God and love drives everything in the kingdom of God. We are not to focus on the things of the world, but the Word and meditate on it to become a part of us.

More importantly, we have to get rid of the destructive, negative roots out of our lives and replace it with a godly lifestyle that God explains in His Holy Word to live holy and righteous. We can only do this by knowing the Word, listening and hearing the Word, and applying it.

Oh dear Lord Jesus, is this a cunning book. Sharp and smart and never quite "wrong," it's just part of the elegantly crafted construct of this particular branch of the prosperity gospel.

What Jesus is about is "winning," or so we hear.

I wonder, reading it: does he believe this? I really hope so. Or maybe I don't.

It's no worse than Joel Osteen, really. Pretty much the same thing. Heck, I think Creflo's a whole bunch sharper.

Practical and sound

The information presented was both practical and sound. You were not only shown where problem area could reside in you life but you were given scriptural practices to eradicate the problem and replace it with the fruits of the Spirit.

It's not for the faint-hearted, a commitment and hard work is required to see the change you desire.

I loved the practical advice that this book has given me. The simple steps he plans out I am going to try and put into practice for my self.
He sites where in the Bible that backs up his principles. I would definately recommed this book for anyone to read.

I'm in a book club and this was the book that was assigned. Dr. Dollar provides readers with the roadmap to excel in all aspects of life from a spiritual perspective. (Relationships, friendships, finances, emotions, etc). Troubled times won't prevail if you follow the word of God and apply the advice provided by Dr. Dollar to your everyday life.

This book provided a much needed spiritual uplifting for me. Dr. Dollar addressed many areas such as depression, rejection and touched on methods of how we can manage our finances from a spiritual standpoint. It brought me inspiration and encouraged me to apply these principles to my daily life.
