Being there on a mission to recover an ancient relic that threatened world peace certainly had its appeal, but the heat, the bugs and wild animals quickly cancelled out any of the excitement of the chase. Adding to her misery was the arrival on the scene of the last person she ever wanted to cross paths with. Vincent Stone, her rival in the search for the relic, and her ex-lover. The man who'd ripped out her heart and trampled on it had no business being in the same country as her, let alone the same town. Vincent isn't doing much better as he tries to remember why he'd broken it off with her. She made him feel more than anyone else but in his line of work, and with his past history, he didn't have room for a relationship. But damn, she made him want one. Fate has a way of playing with realities though and as they teamed up they both came to realise that sometimes it was better to just go with the flow. They used to be a great team, but could they forget the past long enough to save their lives?

A short story crammed full of danger, evil and lust...or maybe love but the sex sure was hot.
Vince and Magda are ex lovers and thrown together 2 years later. Both hunting for an ancient relic Indianna Jones style. Will they find love again? Will they even escape the bad guys in the jungle? This was a fun, action packed read with plenty of sizzle.

With an interest in adventure, this book was a cosy version of Tomb Raider with some smexy scenes!
Mags and Vince have history and their chemistry is off the charts. Vince feels this connection with Mags which has him treating her like 'just another girl' and disappears for he is scared of what these feelings may mean.
In the deep jungle, searching for a relic is Mags, when who should appear, the man who makes her heart beat fast and her body hot! Through adventure and kidnapping will there be forgiveness and love at the end of their journey??
This was a great book and I really enjoyed it. After meeting Maggie at a book event and having a chat, it was a great talking with her and seeing where her imagination goes.
Grab a drink, some snacks and enjoy this book!

This short novel is packed full of intrigue, danger, and a whole lot of passion! I thought the plot was a lot of fun, and the sex was steamy hot in all the best ways. It's a pretty short novel, and the focus is definitely more on the erotic side than on the actual mystery, but I still thought the story was an interesting one.
