However hard Bruna tries, she always feels chilly. She bundles herself up in lots of clothes, she piles duvets and blankets on the bed, and has lots of hot water bottles. Even travelling to sunny lands doesn't make a difference. But when Bruna returns home she strikes up a friendship, which is warming.

Bruna, a little girl lived by herself and was always cold. She tried covering herself with layers of clothes or going to places that were warm but nothing seemed to work. One day she heard someone asking for help. It was a bear that had fell in the icy water. Bruna helped her and cared for her. After a while she was not cold anymore and they kept each other company.
