I tried really hard to get into this book but I kept putting it down more than keeping it in my hands and reading it. At 1st I thought it was a characters but it wasn't and then I thought maybe the story form because I haven't read this type of story before. Yes I read shifter books but not the immortal ones. The last 3 chapters came more interesting and started making more sense to me. I made it different than you you might enjoy it I'm not saying it again this is like a book just like really quickly
This is book one of the Fated Immortals series and the main characters are immortal wolf shifter Atlas, leader of Covale City, and wolf shifter Bianca Barrett, who as well as her twin sister Dahlia, have been sold to a tiger shifter alpha, Jesse, who runs the neighbouring Forny Compound. Their mother knew they were in danger from their gambling low-life father and so she had taken them away and they lived on the run, until the day he caught up with them, shooting their mother dead and a ricochet hit her sister, seriously injuring her. Their father then sold them to Jesse, to be the next in his long line of virgin brides that he keeps in trailers outside his home. Being twins, they are even more of a pull for Jesse’s sick desires and he will have them both on their wedding night. Thankfully, her sister has remained unconscious and his fae healers aren’t very good at their jobs, so Bianca has some time ot try and get some money, so they can run as soon as her sister is able to.
But she chooses to steal from the casino of Atlas, knowing full well who he is and what he does to those who try to steal from him. He is an immortal, one of the originals and has lived a long time, building up his successful business empire, but was cursed by his former business partner Gabriel, who was Jesse’s great grandfather. She is caught before she can even get a second handful of chips and brought before Atlas for judgement, but as soon as he sees her and scents her, he decides to let her go, with an offer of a job instead. She asks if he can help her and her sister, but for some reason, which he doesn’t explain, he cannot interfere with Jesse’s business, however depraved it is! He wants to touch her, but knows he cannot, or the curse will come into play, bringing down his business empire! Bianca is left reeling, knowing that yet another male has let her down and she can’t rely on anyone else to help them. Atlas had a love some two hundred years ago, a woman called Ilona, but he is immortal and even supernatural lives are not long enough to not leave him with heartache when they die, as they surely will. He has vowed never to love another, but the ghosts of his past are visiting him, as he can’t get Bianca out of his mind and his work is feeling the effects. Bianca belongs to Jesse and he cannot kill Jesse, due to the curse laid upon him by his once friend and partner Gabriel. Loving someone else and touching another female will bring the curse into effect, something his right hand, Sage, keeps trying to warn him about.
He will soon find out how loyal his people are once everything starts to go wrong and people start dying in accidents all triggered by the curse. He thought Jesse’s pack were without loyalty and only there for the money and benefits, but even some of his own will surprise him. Atlas can’t stop thinking of Bianca and so does something he certainly shouldn’t have, to get her and her twin sister, Dahlia, into the safety of his home. It seems that Dahlia’s injury and subsequent illness are not quite what was expected and she soon begins to get better. Bianca and Atlas get steamy, but that brings its own damaging effects from the curse, secrets that he has still not shared with her fully. He will do anything, even if that means starting all over again, just so he can have Bianca in his life and in his bed! But he will soon find out that secrets can never be kept for long and Bianca will take her own decisions to stop the effects of the curse. Lots of danger throughout and a perilous position for Bianca as she has to decide what to do and whether matters would be better without her affecting Atlas so and whether her sister will be safe from Jesse and their father, Eugene. A twisted story of two different alphas, that run their packs completely differently and the ramifications of a partnership gone sour many decades before. Bianca does what she thinks is right for her and her sister, then later for Atlas and his empire. A bad boy who cares for his people and tries to assist all those in need, hampered by an old curse, to help the one who is meant for him! I received an ARC copy of this book from BookSprout and I have freely given my own opinion of the book above.
What a great start to what should be a wonderful series! Atlas is an immortal wolf shifter over 2000 years old. He owns Covale City and all the casinos in it. He rules with an iron fist and doesn’t tolerate any nonsense. To go against him is almost certain death!
Bianca Barrett and her twin sister Dahlia were sold to a sleezy tiger shifter, Jesse, by their father to become part of his harem. Unfortunately, he killed their mother and wounded Dahlia when he went to kidnap them. They have been held prisoner in Jesse’s compound under guard waiting for Dahlia to heal. Bianca is determined to save them so she sneaks out and goes into Covale City thinking to steal enough money in one of the casino’s so that when Dahlia recovers enough, they can run and hide. But things don’t go as planned and she gets caught. She gets thrown in a cell in the basement waiting for Atlas to come a kill her. She is sure that is her fate.
Atlas is shocked to hear that someone tried to steal from his casino. He is even more shocked when he see’s who it is. Normally he would have killed her but there is something about her and he just can’t bring himself to do it. She appeals to him to help save her and her sister from Jesse. He refuses and leaves with orders to escort her out of town. He figures that is the last of it, but he couldn’t be more wrong.
Follow them through a dangerous journey of love and intrigue. In order to be together they must find some way around a curse that Jesse’s great grandfather put on Atlas. It seems hopeless but neither is willing to stop fighting! A great book!.

This book left me confused for many reasons through out. Typically I know that’s how it’s supposed to be to entice you in but, it didn’t really do that for me, instead made it difficult for me to stay attentive to it.
Like how did the grandfather who was a fae have a shifter grandchild? How was it that the “curse” applied to all things he claimed yet.. he never officially marked them? I know it had to do with the contract but just little things throughout kept me confused and without answers.
The situation with Bianca’s sister made me hate her entirely. With Bianca trying everything in her power to free them, and her fighting every step of the way like a spoiled brat, I was waiting for the shoe to drop that she had ultimately fallen in love with Jesse as some kinda Stockholm syndrome twist.
The plot overall was great! I thoroughly enjoyed the good vibes Mafia type thing the MMC had going on. The scenes that felt rushed were some of the more necessary ones to understand what’s going on; and the romance/spice scenes were very brief and came too easy for what the dynamic was supposed to be, at least for me personally, but again, overall the plot was good, and the vibes were definitely different then your typical bad boy shifter books.
I will definitely be reading the others in the series! Hoping they’ll be a smidge different in writing but we shall see!
Overall: Plot - 4/5 Spice - 2/5 Character development - 3/5
Would definitely recommend to someone just getting into romance novels.

I was engrossed in this book from the very beginning and am looking forward to reading the second as well.
Bianca and her twin, Dahlia, were sold by their father to an immortal Tiger shifter who seeks out virgin brides to complete his ever growing harem. Bianca is a strong, brave girl who escapes in the night to find a way to save herself and her injured sister from their impending marriage. She tries to steal money from a casino, but as fate would have it, the casino is owned by Atlas, the Tiger shifter’s immortal enemy. Atlas decides to help her instead of punishing her crimes, by giving her a job. But, he is taken by her and will do anything, including destroying his own empire, to be with her. The story is about forbidden love, curses, trauma and learning how to save yourself even if it means leaving the ones you love. I love a dual POV, and the two main characters, Bianca and Atlas were both amazing narrators.

Bianca tries to steal from a casino, this is where she meets Atlas, an immortal wolf who wants Bianca from the first moment he saw her. However, he soon found out that Bianca belonged to another, Jesse, so he could do nothing about his attraction.
Bianca and her twin were sold to Jesse, she wanted to find a way for them to escape him and uses Atlas's attraction to her to her advantage, she asks him to rescue them. But unfortunately, there is a curse on Atlas that causes bad luck that puts a stop to Atlas helping. Can he find a way to break the curse and rescue Bianca and her twin.
I enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it.

Atlas, an Immortal, rules Covale City. Bianca, and her twin sister, have been sold by their father to Jesse, an evil tiger shifter with a harem. After Bianca tries to steal from his casino, Atlas sends her away but then has a change of heart and offers her a job. They are drawn to each other but Atlas knows he cannot have her even though he suspects she is his mate, due to a curse that was put on him by a business partner on his death bed. This is an interesting world where Immortals rule and women are treated at slaves by some, a hard life for many. Humans are mention but do not play a bit part in this story, it is the shifters who have all the action. A very good read. I voluntarily received and reviewed an ARC copy of the book.
Atlas sees Bianca and knows he wants her for his own. Bianca tries to steal from the casino and get caught and this is how Atlas comes into her life. However, when he learns that he can't have her he tries to back off. Bianca is trying to get herself and her sister away from the man that are currently stuck with. Can she get Atlas to help? Can they have a future together?
This is a good story that will draw you in. This is a well written and somewhat entertaining story.

I really wanted like another 300 pages of this story! I absolutely loved the uniqueness of the characters, the shifter dynamics, and the “girl from the wrong side of the tracks” vibe. The only thing that held it up was that there were so many fascinating pieces of information that could have been built more in depth. The side characters were also super captivating and there again I wanted to read more about them too! I’m excited to read the next book and follow the second twin’s journey as she takes out on her own to the coast!
Atlas and Bianca meet when Bianca tries to steel from his casino. Bianca is trying to get her and sister away from Jesse who is holding them in his compound. He does not punish her but offers her a job. Bianca's father sold her and her twin sister to Jesse. Atlas has to be careful about taking what belongs to Jesse due to his great grandfather putting a curse on Atlas. If kills or touches anyone from Jesse his empire will start to crumble. Well it starts to crumble and Atlas and Bianca have to figure out if their bond is worth it. The book was good and I enjoyed it.
This is a great story and you're introduced to Bianca and Dahlia.
They're stuck in a rough situation due to being sold to a tyrant. It seems like there's no way out, until Bianca has an idea. Only, it doesnt go to plan!
I was hooked on this book and couldn't put it down. I highly recommend reading this book.
I received a complimentary copy of the book and I'm leaving a voluntary and honest review.

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. Sold to Jess by their father twin sisters Bianca and dahlia Barrett try to find a way out . this was fantastic I love the way bianca fought for her and her sister while also understanding what she need to do to protect everyone she cam into contact with.
I really enjoyed this book,it has non-stop action all while incorporating a love story. Although the love story was quickly addressed, I don't feel like it lacked anything. The book ends with a transitional epilogue, which has me excited to read the next book where we follow Bianca's twin on her journey.
This story line keeps you guessing ,what will happen next and that keeps you griped. The story's romance between the two main characters are fastening and have twists and turns to their adventure.
First book I’ve read about wolves, fae, etc. and I enjoyed it. Read it in less than a day. Excited to read more in the series. It has quite a few spicy areas if that’s what you’re interested in.
At one point I thought Sage wanted the boss for herself. I thought she was the snake behind Atlas' troubles. Bianca got under Atlas' skin from the very first meeting. I suspected what they were to each other from the start.
All the elements that I love. Strong women, danger, betrayal, and fated love. The good battling the bad saving the oppressed and setting the balance. Great story.
New Author to read for me in 2024. Interesting storyline. Fast read and likable characters. And, complete series so no worries on waiting for the next book😉
