An intersectional take on the modern farming industrial complex, “Pigs” establishes a bold new vision for the future of wildlife as a commodity. From sows to Mangalitza, Bédoyére deconstructs farms as a post-modern cultural breeding ground and establishes herself as the definite voice in a new, unprecedented era of agricultural discourse.

White-washes the horrors of factory-farming. The farming described in this book is where <1% of animals grow before being prematurely slaughtered, another fact conveniently left out.

Most of the farming information is downright false. I spent time on every page explaining to my children how incorrect it was.
