I've wanted to get into NLP for some time, but to be honest found it beweildering. This book was a godsend. Easy to follow and understand, and covers a lot of ground. If you are new to NLP you will find this very useful.

Great content, finally made NLP make sense to me-will now re-read some of my older books. The book is full of examples and definitions that make NLP very apply able and inspiring. The book took me on a journey of self discovery and taught me how to be a duck, letting other peoples problems/issues just roll of me like water.
