Good easy quick read. Good for someone who tosses around the idea of becoming a leader in their organization.

The book encourages leaders to walk the talk. Ten leadership principles are presented around courage. It is a quick read and inspiring for anyone needing to put a working definition on the phrase "leadership courage.'

Plainly written and inspiring. While much of this is common sense, it clearly outlines key competencies for leaders at any level.
